LCAP
Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP)
Each year, we review student achievement, school climate, and other important data to identify our strengths, address areas for growth, and establish goals for the future. Just as importantly, we seek input from those who know our students best—our families, employees, students, and community members. Your feedback helps shape the priorities and actions included in our LCAP.
Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP)
At Denair Unified School District, we believe the best decisions for students are made when families, staff, students, and our community work together. The Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) is the roadmap that guides how we invest resources to support student success and continuously improve our schools.
Each year, we review student achievement, school climate, and other important data to identify our strengths, address areas for growth, and establish goals for the future. Just as importantly, we seek input from those who know our students best—our families, employees, students, and community members. Your feedback helps shape the priorities and actions included in our LCAP.
The LCAP also ensures that resources are directed toward meeting the needs of all students, with additional support provided for English learners, foster youth, and students from low-income families.
We encourage everyone in our community to participate in the LCAP process by attending meetings, sharing ideas, and reviewing the annual plan. Together, we can continue creating meaningful opportunities and positive outcomes for every Denair Unified student.
